This company is just a different level. From start to finish they offer outstanding support. I had a lot of hurdles with my solicitors and Aimee did all the chasing to ensure everything was processed as quickly as possible. Martyn did a fantastic job at securing me a mortgage that I thought would be unachievable....
There was never a delay in responses, even replying out of office hours! These guys really go out of their way for you. You certainly don't feel like just another number. All credit to Aimee and Martyn for the great services they offer.

10/10!! Fantastic experience and not the slightest daunting as I thought a house move would be. Craig and Diane were very helpful showing patience clear communication and keeping me updated step by step with each procedure. A very hands on approach shown by this firm and at times over dedicated, I would be talking to Craig all day at times and he would go home and speak to me out of office hours too and at times I had to tell him to log off for the day. Diane was very informative of each stage and communicated with the mortgage lender as I needed a separate survey report and she dealt with this and updated both me and the lender at all times. Martyn also took the time out talking me through insurance policies which was incredibly detailed and very well communicated with me. I would 100% recommend Roberts McBain to anyone out there looking to buy a property or even just looking for a chat to familiarise yourself with a home move process. I will definitely be using this firm in the future and have already passed on details to family and friends. Was a pleasure to deal with these guys.

From start to finish these ladies Aimee & Claire dealing with my mortgage was outstanding. I had great communication with both of them and everything was dealt with in a very efficient way. I am now a happy home owner thanks to these lovely ladies helping us along the way this was our first time buying a home so we had no clue about anything they made sure we fully understood everything and answered any questions we had they was so helpful. I highly recommend using them if your looking at getting a mortgage. Also Martyn was extremely helpful with providing us with information and guiding us with insurance policies.

Roberts McBain are streets ahead of the rest with their service and value shown to a client. Our case was quite complex but Tom‘s reassuring, professional and personable nature kept us at ease and fully updated. Our Case Manager Aimee was extremely efficient, responding to emails at an instant and very clear in the lender’s requirements, going above and over to ensure we were thoroughly kept in the loop. Martyn also contacted us in regards to our Protection needs and continued the excellent service and friendly nature - although I already had provisions in place, he kindly offered to look at the options for my partner.
The handy guides at the outset of the application were extremely helpful (particularly for my partner as she had not experience the mortgage process before) and the online facility for the Fact Find and ID documents is a truly refreshing approach as oppose to brokers who are paper based.
I would definitely recommend Roberts McBain and will be remortgaging with them in two years’ time.

Our situation was complex due to adverse credit and income coming from bonus/overtime etc and he has managed to secure us not one, but two mortgage offers - the second being during the mini-budget fallout when many lenders were withdrawing products.
Craig is always on hand to answer any queries you might have and knows the market inside out so you can be confident that you're in good hands. Special thanks to Aimee as well for going above and beyond to make sure everything stays on track!
